Some fitness fanatics are born. Coach Laura is not one of those people. For her, committing to a gym routine was a struggle until she fell in love with the energy, accountability and variety of group fitness. (In other words, Coach Laura is all of us.) She tried it all and now she teaches it all, from boxing to yoga, and even created fusion classes that combine the two.
